Frequently asked questions
Can I provisionally hold a date?
Yes, the date is tentatively marked on our calendar as soon as a inquiry form is submitted. However, it is not officially booked until contract signed and deposit secured.
What is the maximum capacity?
Our covered outdoor pavilion will be equipped to hold a 400 guest event.
The brick terrace will be designed for a maximum 400 guest ceremony. Events in this area requiring meal seating will be 200 guest.
Events held inside the house will have a maximum occupancy of 40 guest.
Does wedding packages include planning services?
The Crowe Mansion does not have event planners staffed at this time.
Does The Crowe Mansion have a mandatory or preferred vendor list?
There is not a mandatory vendor list. However, all vendors must be preapproved by The Crowe Mansion Management. A preferred vendor list will be provided during booking.
Do you require a day of Event Coordinator?
For weddings we require a qualified, licensed event coordinator to be present at the wedding. The event coordinator may not be someone who is attending the wedding as a guest or part of the wedding party. We are happy to provide a list of preferred wedding planners/coordinators.
Do I need a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes, you will be required to have a certificate of insurance. If you need assistance purchasing, please let us know.
